What’s the shipping delivery time?

You will receive your order in 3-15 days depending on the product you choose and if it is available or not. How much are the shipping costs? The shipping costs are free for orders over 80€. For all other orders, the shipping has a flat fee of 4.99€, regardless of the number of products you buy.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the newsletter you can write to us or click on the button indicated for it at the bottom of the newsletter.

Can I change the delivery address?

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address or prefer to receive your order in an address other than the one established at the time of purchase, you can call +34 91 116 95 39 to change it before your order goes out to distribution. If your order has already been delivered to the address you provided and you want to change it, the logistics provider will charge an additional amount based on the new delivery address.

Can I make a return of my order?

Of course! If you wish to return the product you have purchased, you must indicate the reasons and return the product within 14 days of receipt of your order. In case of sending the product to us outside the established period, our Return Service will reserve the right to reject the package. Please note that for some of our products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal. For more information on how to do this follow this link

Can I ask for an invoice?

Yes. Once the purchase has been made you can contact us through our Contact Form indicating the number of your order and your billing information. We will send you an invoice as soon as possible.

What can I do if I receive a defective order?

Even if we use the safest packaging possible, breaks can happen. If when the carrier arrives you notice that the box is open or that there are symptoms of humidity and crystal sounds inside, please do not accept the package and return it to our warehouse. If for any reason another person collected the order and you have already received the packages, write us through our Contact Form or by calling the telephone number +34 911 16 95 39 to try to solve the incident.

Are all products available?

All products in our store are available, unless indicated as "not available" in the product sheet. In the event that a product stock is depleted at the time of placing your order and that we could not have updated this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to offer you a similar product or refund you the corresponding amount.

What can I do if the order does not arrive on time?

Although we use leading transportation agencies in the national and European market, some deadlines may not be met. In that case, do not hesitate to contact us through our Contact Form or on the phone +34 911 16 95 39 to file a claim. We are demanding with our work and with everyone who collaborates with the task of getting the products to our customers. Knowing the degree of compliance of the logistics agencies with which we work is the best way to offer a service for the complete satisfaction of our customers.

What happens if the package content is incorrect?

We will send you the correct products or we will refund the amount corresponding to your credit card. Gourmentum will bear all the extra transport costs that may arise whenever the product has not been used, altered or manipulated. To do this, contact us by email within a maximum of 5 days from the reception of the order, clearly indicating the problem or reason for the return. We will not accept any change or refund if we have not previously received notice.

Is it safe to pay with credit card?

You can make the payment through the Sabadell bank payment gateway, using one of the following cards: VISA, VISA electron, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, 4B. ADYEN and BANCO SABADELL guarantee the confidentiality of the whole process and not credit card number or related information will be brought to GOURMENTUM. Your data will only be on the ADYEN payment gateway, which is who will process the payment. The financial institution uses a secure payment gateway, which uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, which guarantees maximum security with respect to your data or card data.
