In GOURMENTUM we ship to any point of Peninsular Spain. No shipments are made outside the peninsula therefore we will not process shipments to the Canary Islands, so that, if there was a sale to the Canary Islands, the money would be returned to the client within a maximum period of 72 hours.

If you place your order before 16:00 hours it will leave our/provider's warehouses the same day, if you do after 16:00 hours it will be delivered the next day.
How long should I wait for my order?
6.2 Delivery time and notifications
CONTENT COMMERCE FACTORY will make the shipping within a maximium time of 5-7 days for all products shipped from opur warehouse.. The delivery of the order will be carried out according to the following guidelines:
• Send up to 3 SMS and / or email to notify the User of the status of your shipment.
• If the User is not located at home after 3 attempts, the product will remain in the nearest post office for 15 days so that the User can pick it up.The delivery is considered effective when the product is at the disposal of the User.
For security reasons, CONTENT COMMERCE FACTORY, will not send any order to Military Bases, nor will accepted any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
Once the payment of the order has been made, you will receive confirmation emails. Afterwards, we will send you a message with a link that allows you to track the delivery of your order.
All purchases made at GOURMENTUM are guaranteed to be returned within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product by the user. After this period, no refunds or cancellations will be made.
Return for change of opinion: If you decide to return the order for change of opinion, you will have to take care of the shipping costs and return it in perfect condition with all its products.
Return by product defective / erroneous or in bad condition: In this situation it is necessary to return the order in the same original packaging or a similar one. Contact us and we will proceed to the return of the amount or to the sending of a new package without cost some.

The Customer Service Team of Gourmentum will contact you to indicate your number of incidents and how to proceed to make the return.
In case you want to return a defective product, tell us what it is, and if possible, attach a small explanation of the problem and a photo.
The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain the instructions, documentation, accessories and, as far as possible, its original packaging and labeling. If this original packaging and labeling are not included, GOURMENTUM reserves the right to consider that the product has undergone an alteration.
The return to GOURMENTUM must be made using the same box or over used in the delivery or in its defect, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products must be included in the package, where the products returned and the reason for the return are also marked.
In the case of bottles purchased through GOURMENTUM, it is expressly advised that no returns of open bottles or with seals will be accepted.
Refund of the price of the products and Services to the client
Whenever the customer has followed the procedure and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been fulfilled, GOURMENTUM will refund the price paid by the customer corresponding to the returned products.
Partial returns of an order will result in partial price refunds.
GOURMENTUM will manage the return order of the price using the same payment system used by the customer for the purchase of the products, within 48 hours from the confirmation of arrival to the store of the returned order. The application of the return of the price on the customer's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The return of the price will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the user has informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
What should I do when I receive the order?
We recommend you to open it and check that everything is OK and has not deteriorated during the transport. Keep those products that require cold in the refrigerator. If your box arrives damaged, indicate on the delivery note the reason for the return and get in touch with us as soon as possible.
